Your idea has a lot of merit. A number of horses in those races will be making their final starts prior to the Breeders Cup, so this could be a good opportunity to scout for BC picks. I believe that 5 of those races (2 at BEL and 3 at KEE) are "win and you're in" qualifiers for their respective BC races.
Both of the tracks are in the Eastern time zone, so all of the scratches will be known before post time of our first contest race.
