Steve (or anyone) — has there been any word on Jace’s Road. Was working at Oaklawn, presumably to prep for the Rebel but wasn’t entered. I think he’s nominated to the Blue Grass is 5 weeks from Saturday. It doesn’t look like he trained this weekend.

This weekend would likely have been the ideal weekend to race him if he was going to run again before the Bluegrass. If shipping to Kentucky, I thought maybe they’d consider running him in the John Battaglia (prep race for the most recent Derby winner ).

I suppose maybe he’s just training up to the Bluegrass?

I don't know anything, but assuming what you posted is accurate ( I'm fairly sure it is ) he's likely off the trail. It doesn't take much.

My hope is that he wasn’t entered because of the likelihood of rain and will reappear. But you’re probably right.

Looks like my $10 on him at 104-1 may be lost.
