Masterclass of ineptitude by Rosario on Overbore. Ripped her face off the first furlong, dropped his whip and rallied up the dead rail.

Did he have a lobotomy during his time off?

Big Rosario fan but having 3,11 everywhere that was incredibly frustrating.

Day 31

Best bet: Race 6- #2 Beside Herself
Really tough race but when I look at who this filly has faced, she's been keeping very good company. The comment in her last is incorrect. She didn't shuffle at the 1/4 pole but she got a sh.itty overconfident ride. Prat will have her involved early and I think she'll be forward in here.

Longshot: Race 8- $6 Dover Creams
Second to Nest last year. Returned off a 10 month break last time and passed some tired horses. Should get some pace to run at, got her tightener, I think we will see her best today

Dover Dreams isn’t much. Beside Herself put them to sleep on the front end, wiring the field paying $18.80 and $7.

Meet totals
$248 wagered
$266 returned

Laochi struggled with the track, running poorly, but Leeloo had no problem with it, running away and paying $12 and $5.40

Meet totals
$256 wagered
$283.40 returned

Side note, one of my fans let me know yesterday that my ROI isn't correct because I am not taking into account the cost of a DRF and cup of coffee every day. I didn't want anyone else to miss out on high level humor like that.

Day 33 Travers Day!

Fantastic card today. I know a few of the stakes are light in terms of number of entrants but the quality is there. Let's make some money.

Best bet: Race 11- #8 Zandon
I flirted with making G Munning in the 4th my best bet because I think that horse has a big shot but ultimately landed on Zandon in the Travers. First, pricewise, I think he's going to get lost on the board and will be 5th choice behind Epicenter, Artorious, Cyberknife and Early Voting. I think the Jim Dandy was a prep in every sense of the word. He was much closer to the pace than he had ever been and made the first move on Early Voting because Prat didn't want him to get away in that small field. He's much better when he can relax early and make one run. I thought he ran well in the Jim Dandy making that first move and then digging in to hang on for 2nd. I'm just hoping he's sitting 3rd or 4th early, makes the one run and can run down whoever is in front at that point.

Longshot: Race 12- #6 Fuoco
Serpe barn has been going well all meet. I think this horse rates a big chance today based off his last where he blew open the race around the turn and tired late in a race that fell apart. The two horses he put away around the turn ended up finishing 8th and 10th (last). Should be a giant price anyway and going from Jose Ortiz to Trevor McCarthy should add a few points as well.

Good luck!
