The ice/sleet/snow arrived this morning, and Oaklawn scratches the Friday, Saturday and Sunday cards. Will run 3 added Thursdays in March. Because OP is actually in Hot Springs National Park, they are governed by park rules, which forbids any anti freeze applications to the racing surface.
