Here is what you could have posted...Andy, can you please help us to understand how NYRA times races? We all would benefit if races were timed accurately, and as a patron of NYRA and racing, I am furious that timing a race in 2021 is problematic. This has to be addressed. Who can I appeal to help this happen?
