So this time Eric Cancel, who has actually been on top of the rail bias, decides to not protect the rail, for no reason. Manny sees this, secures the rail and it is the difference.

At this point it isn’t handicapping, it’s trying to figure out what rider will be dumb that race. Luckily in that room, there is no shortage of stupidity.
