At the risk of pointing out the obvious, you really had no cause for concern. Even though IH was scratched, you top 3 picks were unimpaired, and your second alternate became your top alternate, as it is under your revision. Nothing changed, and even if another of your picks was a late scratch, nothing would change. That's the benefit of making the two additional picks.
As to the tech glitches, I don't think any of us are in a position to fix it for you.
