![]() It's a market, and IF the market rejects the practice NYRA will be forced to amend if the market is strong enough why wouldn't a corporate use it's STAR attraction to increase revenue? This is how business works. It has nothing to do with sucking your patrons for money because nobody HAS to buy anything. It's not a tax.

![]() One of the best parts about Saratoga was that with a little effort one could get a great seat at the track for the cost of admission which was a bargain. I guess this is still possible, but the good spots are fewer and fewer. Mook Village shade tree is gone and bushes replaced the best spot in the track.
