NOONAN: Court ruling on Pena exposes NYGC's punitive Dutrow Suspension

Good read Freddy.
I lean heavily towards the Romans/Dutrow camp on this one.
The pro Romans/Dutrow side leans heavily on the facts involved in this particular issue...….always a good side to be on.
Pena/Asmussen were nailed fair and square...….in giant numbers.
Dutrow by comparison.....small numbers.
And Sedlacek…...ugh.....creepy.
Plus......Dutrow does keep his stock in one piece.....plenty to be said for that.
I get that Dutrow rubbed some folks the wrong way...….but if they ran him out for a decade,they should of been much harder on quite a few more also.
