IT'S OFFICIAL!! 7-2 DECISION!
While I was confident the SC would rule in favor of NJ, I thought it would be 6-3 or 5-4. Ginsburg and Sotomayor were the dissenting opinion. This is a long time coming and hats off to NJ for fighting so long for it. Monmouth Park should reap some serious benefits starting very soon.
