The race was sort of indecipherable because of the pace scenario. Didn't have faith that Always Dreaming would have the mustard despite the speed advantage.

On the other hand, Rosario was nuts with Good Samaritan nearly 20 lengths of the pace. There was no pace on paper, why would he stay so far back? The sad part is, the horse came rolling when finally asked which to me suggests that he has gears and is not reliant on a pace meltdown. Perhaps if he had Gunnevera or maybe even Irap's trip he could have made a dent.

I agree with all of this. My father boxed 3,5 and we both feel Rosario gave the 5 way to much to do.

I was at Lookin at Lee fan. I thought he was improving coming off a nice one in the Arkansas Derby and the Kentucky Derby. Then.....blah.
