NJ: for us older and very slow learner, players of very elder years, please explain "back wheel" . . . I'm not afraid to say I have no idea what the helk you are talking about . . . and give us all an example please!

Good luck to you NJ. I'm probably going a different route, but like your style of money management. Not unlike an arbitrage play in the stock market. NJ, if I have not described what you meant by your "backwheel" reference, please correct me.

Joly, you described it better than I could have. And made me sound smarter than I am!
One other factor for me is that I believe the exacta backwheel bet has greater potential to result in a bigger score than taking the same money and making a place bet on any of the colts I have a future bet on. Let's face it. I'm looking for chaos!
