I had the same questions but, no definite answer,
as far as I know, the sequence is coming from the Cali side, some I'm pretty sure that would make it 23.68%

Biggest takeout is 3 iceholes scratching from the fourstardave. Really ? 3 hosses that have been ready to go for a week ?
