I remember Chuck getting a shout out years ago in an article on Bloodhorse as a terrific trainer who just needed some better horses; it's so nice to see him getting more press. Well deserved.

Their hands are tied currently because the dogs and trotters 9(and maybe jai alai) still have the exclusive right to post 7pm racing. If the decoupling deal had happened it would have essentially wiped out harness and dog racing and jai alai and opened the door to having some night racing. |
