There is a % of mindless simps in OH that are going to be voting for John Kasich today - because they think he'd be the best Republican candidate for President.

They do so without any consideration of the fact that it is impossible for him to win the nomination. He is 0-22 so far. He has no way to amass, at this point, enough delegates to achieve a majority. He's not even on the ballot in Pennsylvania, and now it turns out he's not on the ballot in a bunch of precincts in IL:

Nevertheless, these people do not own any responsibility for their actions; Principally that by doing so, they will potentially throw this nomination into a brokered convention whereby the GOPe has already crafted the rules in such a way that they get to install their puppet.

Regardless - They will vote for him today because he's "not nasty", "seems like a nice guy", and they "want their voice to be heard" (cuz it's really a popularity contest to them).
