It's a bit of a hassle. I guess it just depends on how much it bothers you that Someone Is Wrong On the Internet.
I don't think you can deny access to DRF via Twitter. I don't see another option besides blocking them and I'd rather not. Besides, they've got many DRF accounts, who knows what they use to allegedly access it. I've never had one of those asking for access to post on my behalf actually do it. Not sure what that's about.
