There are mile specialists. They don't belong in the sprint, don't belong in the classic. Excelling at a mile doesn't make one a second tier horse. And yes, Jasper, you have to choose a race. But your criteria makes every race for every horse other than the juvie races second tier. I can think of many BC races I'd ditch before the mile.
