Ramsey's stunt was inexcusable. He disturbs the whole wagering process for players and costs them, horseman and CD a lot of money by having millions removed from the pools.

His stunt also (potentially) affected the P4/P5 payoffs, since the pools were already open those who took the scratched horses ended up with the favorite (who of course won, and was the favorite by a couple hundred dollars). Was any reason ever given?

Yep.apparently threw a fit a few months back when another brown entry beat one of his.
