So if you play a $2 Tri part wheel and it cost $24, and you hit the ticket, that means you only get to play a $2 straight tri ticket in the next leg?

I play it occaisionally when the bankroll permits and there is a decent carryover. You must have the first race narrowed down to the point where you can have a key horse or two and pound them on multiple tickets.

I did hit one with only one exchange a couple years ago.

They mandatorily pay it out every Tuesday and yes, you must be on track to play.

Default twin tri

I do believe they have also have payout for that 1st tri maybe half what is wagered into the pool that hence the remainder for c.o.

That's absolutely correct.

Likewise, if you play a $20 tri part wheel for a $240 cost, you get 10 combos in the next leg.

That's brutal, and absolutely impossible for a track like Tampa with large competitive fields....

No question about it. And the races they choose for the twin tri... well.. they're exceptionally brutal.

It's a very cool wager that's not worth playing.
