![]() you have to be on track, as far as i know. the way a twin tri works is you bet the first tri, and for each $2 winning combination you have in the first leg you get to exchange it for a combination in the 2nd leg. So let's say you hit the first leg with a $20 bet, you'd get 10 shots at the 2nd leg.
the reason the carryovers get so large it's a nearly IMPOSSIBLE bet to hit without a massive investment.

![]() I play it occaisionally when the bankroll permits and there is a decent carryover. You must have the first race narrowed down to the point where you can have a key horse or two and pound them on multiple tickets.
I did hit one with only one exchange a couple years ago. They mandatorily pay it out every Tuesday and yes, you must be on track to play. |

![]() I do believe they have also have payout for that 1st tri maybe half what is wagered into the pool that hence the remainder for c.o.
