Well, made it through 40 days, and still going strong! A mythical $2 show parlay on my first 40 picks, allowing for full re-investment of all partial dollars, would have been worth $1,110. No, I didn't do it...

Fri. 3-6-15
Up to 41 in a row, just holding serve right now as the last few days have been pretty formful with no real knockout type horses missing the board.
Tomorrow's pick is a little troubling as it is in a turf route, which is more of a "rider's race" and sometimes they get a little too cute out there, but he should have plenty of margin for error on this one, it's... Race 3 #2 Miss Boom Boom Good Luck!

Up to 42 in a row, I know tomorrow I'm "supposed" to pick Shared Belief but in 13 horse field we've already seen with him that anything can happen, plus lots of huge Big 'Cap favorites have finished out of the money (Twirling Candy, Gentlemen, etc.) and if he runs out maybe I can put more daylight between me and the rest of the field, so I'm going to instead go with....

Going against Shared Belief wound up being a mistake as it cost me a win, but we still made it to 43 in a row. Taking another repeat horse, this time from day 3 back on 12/28, it's...

It finally happened
Well, finally missed a pick as Tribal Gal could only manage a 4th today. I'm still going to be ahead at least for the next month but I will let this thread finally go into hibernation and will post next if I'm in danger of losing the lead.
Thanks to Knicks for the messages of support and to all my other "silent partners" who viewed this thread on a daily basis.
