Just talked to my brother in Hollywood and he said it feels like a hurricane with crazy winds, lightning and plenty of rain. Supposed to clear out though by mid afternoon.

Too bad. Makings of a nice afternoon quashed by splosh. Still driving so won't have opportunity to adjust for the O/T, etc., for a while yet.
