Default does that mean no oniels horse can run?

i understand barring the trainer
but what about the owners
kind of not fair to them
can they switch toanother trainer so they can run?

They won't need to switch trainers. In most of these cases, the horses just run in the assistant trainer's name. I'm sure that is what will happen here.

I think I spoke too soon. In this particular case, the horses will not be allowed to simply run in the assistant's name, at least not in New York. The question is whether other states will reciprocate on that specific part of the ruling.

O'Neill suspended again for probationary violation.

Apparently, the CHRB doesn't understand what a "stay" means despite the fact that they originally gave one to O'Neill.

But, you know, it must have been the hay that was in the stall before his horse was put there.

They stayed 90 of the stay. You can't make this stuff up. And on top of that some it (19 days) will run concurrently with New York suspension.

I thought that States honor each others suspensions. If so, why is he not suspended for the entire term of each suspension in both jurisdictions?

That's how it used to be. Seems tho that asmussen served two separate sentences simultaneously a few years ago.
