Default Allergies

Anyone else already feeling the miserable effects of pollen? Spring sucks.

Started for me yesterday...funny part is that I never had a problem until I was in my 30's...worst in the spring than in the Fall.

I've suffered really badly all my life. They weren't bad though when I lived in KY...must be something that grows in the Northeast. We did about 10 hours of yardwork over the weekend and I was fine, but tonight really has my eyes a itching!

The Mohawk Valley, where I live...although beautiful...is a "killer" for allergies.

I used to have slight problems with them when I wore contacts. I had Lasix vision correction done in 1999...and haven't had a lick of problems since then.

I should have gotten lasix after all...I can't even get my contacts in right now! (yes I'm whining this sucks!)

my eyes started to itch last thursday. now it's itch, watery, with the coughing and sneezing. i too never had trouble until i was in my late 30's.

totally agree about KY...I never had trouble as a kid, I started to get them at about 18...but when I lived in KY they weren't that bad....I always have them worse in the fall though, spring doesn't bother me much...sorry nic

I recommend a neti pot for sinus congestion. A little freaky the first time, but it's a lot of relief, and very soothing.

Allergies suck. And mine aren't as bad as some- I really feel for those who get them really bad.
