Allergies

:( Anyone else already feeling the miserable effects of pollen? Spring sucks.

Started for me yesterday...funny part is that I never had a problem until I was in my 30's...worst in the spring than in the Fall.

I've suffered really badly all my life. They weren't bad though when I lived in KY...must be something that grows in the Northeast. We did about 10 hours of yardwork over the weekend and I was fine, but tonight really has my eyes a itching!

The Mohawk Valley, where I live...although beautiful...is a "killer" for allergies. :(

I used to have slight problems with them when I wore contacts. I had Lasix vision correction done in 1999...and haven't had a lick of problems since then.

I recommend a neti pot for sinus congestion. A little freaky the first time, but it's a lot of relief, and very soothing.

Allergies suck. And mine aren't as bad as some- I really feel for those who get them really bad.
