![]() The horse that beat Unbridled's Song in his Fountain of Youth win was probably the greatest upset I've ever seen in a Derby prep ... and that includes the hopeless Rockamundo's Arkansas Derby win and the laughable Wild Syn's easy bias aided Blue Grass win - a race in which 4th place finisher Thunder Gulch and 3rd place finisher Tejano Run ran 1-2 in the Ky Derby next out.
Wild Syn basically reverted back to being a claimer - but he still was no doubt better than the horrible Built For Pleasure. |
