Not excusing this at all. It's unfortunate, but also one of the realities of the internet. It gives everyone a chance to show how stupid they are.

I know you realize this, but some act as though it's one sided. There are a lot of ignorant people on both sides who do the same thing. Which reminds me of one of my favorite clips from Bill Maher's show.

The guy who hates the government for not showing him anything, who also gets food stamps that he "deserves" needs a reality show.
