Oh, and here's a funny thing: the massive layoffs of public workers by Republican governors over the past 3 years was pointed out, and the GOP tried to refute it this past spring. In other words, the GOP were arguing that their layoffs of public sector workers did not hurt unemployment. Oh, those lying kids!

So, sorry - the GOP says the public sector is really fine. Well, at least they did last June!

Conservative media are downplaying the severity of public sector job cuts by trumpeting data showing that the unemployment rate among government workers in May was 4.2 percent. But that statistic doesn't change the fact that public sector job cuts in this recovery have been more severe compared with previous recoveries and experts contend these cuts not only threaten the recovering economy but also impact private sector job growth.

Here are facts. There are less people working in the U.S. today than when Obama took office, plain and simple. Obama's Presidency has been a monumental failure and we only have a few months left of it. I don't care how much you try to manipulate facts, the more you do, the more of a fool you make of yourself. Now I have to go back to work to pay for your diety's benefits to those who don't deserve the hard work I do for it. The gig is up.

I was worried about where this country was going, but after the first day of the Dem convention, with the implosion of the Republican Party, I have hope that the adults will retake that party control in four years, and the Dems will continue being aggressively proud of what they have accomplished.
