I think Obama is a US citizen even if he was born in Kenya. The only question is the law about a President having to be a "naturalized" US citizen. I have heard arguments both ways on this. I'm not clear on what the law is. Some experts say that if Obama was born in Kenya that he would not be eligible to President. Other experts say that even if Obama was born in Kenya, he would still be eligible to be President. I haven't looked into that issue so I have no idea what the answer is.
