Well, considering that the GOP has move so far to the right that many Democrats now encompass historically "Republican" ideals, and that Ronald Reagan wouldn't even pass the current "GOP Purity Test" for candidates, it's hard to say.

What? On what planet is Texas a disaster? Texas added jobs at a rate of 3x that of the national average between June 2010 and June 2011. Texans are also not burdened by a state income tax or a high rate for property taxes. Where are you getting this info?
