Guess everyone else feels it could be useful, then. Appears the new Governor is a minority opinion.
It would create jobs building, maintaining and running it over it's lifetime, allow more affordable and ready job access for those in other cities (people who can't move because they took on too much mortgage could commute), shipping ease (alternative competitive sources - isn't capitalism good?) for Wisconsin and intrastate mfg and production (the rail line extends to other states).
