The financial pages have said the other companies are circling for cheap takeover. Restructure the debt of the disaster as a separate entity.

Coach that's only way they will be able to deal with the liability. Almost a given. Remember Exxon almost went under after Valdez with far less oil spilled.

They have b.uttloads of cash and the liability is limited and insured for the most part.

If anything you should look at buying a few shares. Once the silver fox leaves and the replacement well is running this story will die down.

I heard that when BP was 45 a few weeks back. Now 29. Lots of knife catchers.

Big difference in those numbers. They'll just have to wait longer.

One spill. This doesn't stop. Huge difference. Hope on some level you are right. I don't think they have a prayer.
