Please add any you know of -- both multirace and intrarace wagers.

I think we should define "cheap" as:
- below $1 for intrarace (vertical) wagers
- below $1 for daily doubles, Pick-3's and Pick-4's
- below $2 for Pick-5's and Pick-6's
