those are really funny.
one time at a Detroit area track years ago, the announcer came on the PA system with an announcement like this, "will the owner of a blue Ford station wagon, Michigan license number FPD-2223, please report to your car immediately. The engine is running, the doors are locked, and the car is on fire."
