Yes, I use that, too, and that's how it's been in the past years for me, but lately ... I dunno, it's taking 5-7 days. Have talked to customer service several times (getting many different explainations), hope it's a temporary glitch.

"Yes, that money will be in your account in 2-3 business days"
"But it isn't. That's why I'm calling."
"How many days has it been?"
"Five (six, seven)"
"Account transfers are done within 2-3 business days"
