Anybody else having problems getting Youbet's site to load?



It's back up.

No, but I have had problems over the last two months getting them to transfer money back to me in a timely manner. I think their member services department has gone south, and I worry about their cash flow.

I have never had a withdrawl delay. I use the feature that transfers directly to your bank account and it is always within 2-3 business days without fail.

Me neither, but I haven't been withdrawaling lately, just depositing :)

What is even funnier is that I am just getting back home, while you and Byk are just waking up and capping....OH WOW....

Yes, I use that, too, and that's how it's been in the past years for me, but lately ... I dunno, it's taking 5-7 days. Have talked to customer service several times (getting many different explainations), hope it's a temporary glitch.

"Yes, that money will be in your account in 2-3 business days"
"But it isn't. That's why I'm calling."
"How many days has it been?"
"Five (six, seven)"
"Account transfers are done within 2-3 business days"
"I know. But the money isn't there. That's why I'm calling .... "
