Yesterday's race at Oaklawn was one that demanded to be bet. Anytime you have a horse like Hard Spun taking over 60% of the money, when the best he possibly was was 30% to win, you must go in.
I bet, and I lost, but give me that scenerio five times a day and I'll make a fortune.
Agreed on the Southwest...a much deeper field than the Sam Davis. ( I thought Any Given Saturday was the 1-9/1-5 that ELA was referring to.)
