He should be banned for life. And all of the trainers that used him should be banned for at least 90 days.

The stewards who let him back on the track after the second time should be fired if they aren't retired already.

This type of nonsense is what's driving bettors away from the game.

Dealing with jockeys who can't read English, much less a racing form, who can't judge pace, who herd on the far turn with impunity...

yeah I wanna push more money through the windows at a ridiculous takeout rate.

What percentage of jocks do you think have used a buzzer at some point in their career? My GUESS is would be <70%.

Is it just me or are both of these statements pretty damning? First, a 70% threshhold is set as some type of reasonable level; second, we have the thought that three out of four might have cheated.

My hope is that you could count the number of instances over the last two decades on your one hand.
