One thing - from what I read about Bill Benter and his team of guys over there, some of the computer teams have an access to the tote system that most players here do not have. In other words, no matter what calculations or rationale we use, we still have to get to a manual interface to place a bet, whether that be a webpage, tote machine, or calling somebody on the phone. If the computer teams don't have the same ease of submitting bets as they do in Hong Kong, I'm not sure they'd be that interested.
