Default Snap

So after work today I cruised by Beulah Park to play a race I liked at Hollywood and sat next to some guys I did not remember seeing their before. Long story made short -

I am sitting next to these 2 people and all of a sudden one of them starts yelling "Snap 6, snap. Come on snap damnit". This went on for another 20 to 30 minutes (these two were betting every track they could get a bet in on).
Finally, I spoke my mind. I tapped the one on the shoulder and said please refrain from using the word snap would you please. This guy goes nuts on me, says he will say what he wants. I asked him to please not use the word snap because it sounds as if he wants the horse to break a leg, etc..

I ended up moving to another spot. Anyone ever here of using the term snap? Man that just does not seem cool.
