Our major media is incompetent and lazy. Last night on Channel 18 NBC here in Lexington, 11:00 news, they had a story about "Busy day in Occupy Wall Street",.

It’s a shame that on the day the MLK statue was unveiled the lead story on news stations here was coverage of the couple thousand camped out in a park singing woe is me.

The fact we have a sitting President and a leading candidate from the opposing party who are both African American and how far we've come since segregated fountains/schools etc. would have made for a great story. Sad that opportunity was missed. At least MLK must be looking down with a smile on his face.
