![]() If the stewards find a reason to D.Q. a horse and change the order of finish,
should it only affect the purse payouts and not the para-mutual payouts? If the offense is only marginal and really did not affect the outcome of the race, why punish the bettor and just change the purse payouts and discipline the jockey? Any thoughts on this subject...
