Teacher of the Year?

$116K/year to teach one of high school's toughest subjects (well tougher than PE anyway) and can't afford a $7 dollar cab fair? At least he was able to show the mastery he has of the subject he teaches by driving drunk, apparently w/o hitting anything/anyone.
