Sorry but he can't see into the future.

Now if he had a crystal ball or an Orb or something, maybe.

Oh how convenient...right after the BC.
This sport is just horrendously bad.

It promotes evil thugs. Period.

These disciplinarians are nothing more than crony-appointed sissies. No balls.

IRS nowhere to be found. Fraud committed daily. Takeout raised to support these criminal scumbags.

I have a question.

Any person with half a brain knows that Dutrow Jr. is really Michelle Nevin.

Is there anything being done to catch this criminal? Wire-tapping...anything.

It's an insult to fans of this sport that this **** is being allowed.

The comments are priceless:

>>>As an ex racing man I cannot believe how this O''neill git has still got a licence , banned for 45 days, ah what a bother, his horses will still be trained and he can go on holiday. with a record like his he should be barred for life habitual cheater<<<

Of course in Brittan pesky little things like "multiple drugs overages" and "failing to ride your mount to the best possible finish" are taken seriously as they appear to impact the integrity of the sport

Not fair to them? They hired him, knowing his record.

They won't need to switch trainers. In most of these cases, the horses just run in the assistant trainer's name. I'm sure that is what will happen here.

I think I spoke too soon. In this particular case, the horses will not be allowed to simply run in the assistant's name, at least not in New York. The question is whether other states will reciprocate on that specific part of the ruling.

O'Neill suspended again for probationary violation.

http://www.drf.com/news/probation-vi...her-suspension

Apparently, the CHRB doesn't understand what a "stay" means despite the fact that they originally gave one to O'Neill.

But, you know, it must have been the hay that was in the stall before his horse was put there.

They stayed 90 of the stay. You can't make this stuff up. And on top of that some it (19 days) will run concurrently with New York suspension.

Doug O'Neil should be happy Leondra Mora is winning at a high percentage while he enjoys his vacation. Mora has a positive ROI in almost every category in the last 3 years with 119 starts. All those starts occured during O'neils previous suspension. Its a win win win situation for Oneil. So what prevents him from doing it again?

If they wanted to put any teeth into the suspensions, it would be easy to do. Just disqualify the horse from racing for 12 months, and the owners would quickly clean their own house.
