All the money in the world can't change the fact that it's still December in New York. Although for the most part the weather has cooperated. I'm sure Gulfsteam opening a month early hasn't helped their cause either.

This might seem like a silly question, but out of all the meets NYRA holds, wouldn't the inner at Aqueduct be the one affected the least by the cash infusion? Obviously you still have the weather issue, no turf racing and certain distance limitations.
