Default Arlington Park - Race 8

Did anyone just see what happened?

After the start, something happens to the 5 (I can't figure it out) and the jockey bails. Then in the stretch, the 9 freaks out and jumps/barrels over the temporary rail.

Looks like all were OK, but freaky indeed.

I saw it, the 9 did not like that whip. Not sure about the 5 but glad both are ok.

The 5 is Chuck's... Operetta Italiano.

Perhaps he will be around later to give us an update. Looked really weird. Horse didn't look to take a bad step. I mean, it just looked like the jock totally bailed for no reason the first time I watched it.

Didn't know what I saw at first; just woke up. Midnight shift is making me see some odd things, man.......

It looks like the horse lost her footing while trying NOT to step on the jock. Looks more like the jock's foot slipped out of the stirrup.

i just watched it and it definately did not look like he horse took any bad steps. I almost looked like the jock just lost his balance and had to bail.
Somebody better call Scavs and tell him to get into the hot box.
