Radio says 6 mins till start of race cant go to local pub has ugly bar maids
Have to make dash over bridge to pub where barmaid smiled at me once ( well i think it was a smile might have been gas ) get caught behind slow old people who are doing a sunday drive on a monday, Scream at old people to get outta way as life depends on me putting this bet on,get to pub 2 mins to spare put my thongs on spare shirt in car incase i get thrown out for wearing a singlet ( dont laugh it has happened ) bareley make it in time & put my $10 bucks for the win.Watch race & scream at big screen in a high tone urging my horse to win which makes a dash & then blows out & finishes second last .Smile, tear up ticket into little pieces so no one knows & head home to Stash my money in my Stash hiding place again .
