Bad Dougie. Don't do it again or else we'll put you back in detention. Now run along now.

Using the "tampering" out. Sure, if its so easy for somebody to throw something into their feed tub why dont they just inject the horse? Isn't somebody always at the barn?

Isn't this the 2nd milkshaking charge against O'Neill this year? Always an excuse from these guys too.

This has been probably been posted before but the San Diego newspaper did a pretty nice report on all the cheaters in So Cal this summer.

When are these guys going to be criminally and civilly charged with fraud? Isn't this exactly what they're doing?

Just as soon as some handicappers' group sues them, and, the state racing board, for UNFAIR practice. If there's a chance it'll COST them, they'll take action.

Exactly... Aren't trainers who cheat trying to fix the outcome of a sporting event. That is a federal offense.

Not on a milkshake case. Any good lawyer could easily defeat a milkshake violation in court. That is why the penalties for Milkshaking are set up as they are. An illegal or class 1 drug would be a much better case to charge a guy with. Except the testing is so shoddy that they never catch any of those violations.

He was ice cold at the Hollywood meet and the beginning of SA but in the last couple weeks at SA he has heated back up. He is winning at 14% at the current meet which is pretty much where he usually ends up.
