Because a 1-2 shot won the first and a stalking horse won the second over the second choice who was the speed?


Next thing you're going to do is yell at me for not liking Perfect Drift.

Didn't cap the earlies.. (Concentrated on 4-9).. Just a visual impression based on no one making up ground and a couple of the 'others' staying on that seemed likely to tire..

Could be entirely wrong..

Horse that won the first was miles the best on paper and it happened to be a speed horse. The second was maidens, most of which had only a couple starts - the winner had had only one. Want to see more before declaring a bias.
