![]() How long before Darley buys Crossing the Line so they can take on Coolmore's George Washington in the BC Mile? Interestingly, Darley owns Cape Cross, the sire of Ouija Board and Crossing the Line. I give it a few weeks and Darley will own him. I say $5M gets it done.
Right now I would give the nod to Crossing the Line to beat Coolmore's horse. Kip Deville might be able to give both a little scare but I doubt he could beat them. |

I could be wrong about CTL, but I don't remember seeing any horse as good as him on the turf. I know one is turf and one is dirt, but other than that performance by Candy Ride a few years back, I don't remember ever seeing a horse like CTL. |

![]() CTL is still half owned by the NZ connections.
The trainer down in Kiwi Land say he might have more to ship. I would think the NZ connections would have no problem selling for big bucks. He seems very happy winning the two allowance races. |

They are interested in winning. Money has nothing to do with anything to them. Coolmore is interested in money, but Maktoum is interested in winning. He makes more in a day from oil than he makes in an entire year in purse money. |
